Twisted Head Media Test our apps

An app workshop · Games & tools

Odd jobs,
made

Twisted Head Media takes real trades (bending neon, pulling pints, running a taco truck) and turns them into games you can play on a coffee break. We also build practice tools for musicians, because some of us play too.

Section A

The catalogue

Sorted by what kind of thing it is. Every one has a short film; hover or scroll to it and it plays.

Drawer 01

Arcade

One thumb, short runs, one more go.

No. 01 Arcade

One-tap stacker · Android

Taco Corners

Tap to drop. Land the corners.

  • Tap anywhere to drop. Real wobble physics, so sloppy drops tip the top.
  • Dead-center drops score Perfects. Chain them for bigger bonuses.
  • Land the corner taco and the whole stack turns.
Drawer 02

Puzzle

Real trades turned into brain teasers.

No. 02 Puzzle

Glass sign puzzle · Android

Neon Bender

Heat it, bend it, light it.

  • Pick the end, pick the bend order. Plan it or the glass swings into the flame.
  • Crossfire burner for corners, ribbon burner for curves. Too cold cracks, too hot sags.
  • Weld electrodes, paint blockout, bombard the tube, fill it with neon or argon.
Drawer 03

Simulation

Run the place. Keep it from falling apart.

No. 03 Simulation

Beer taps & bar chaos · Android

First Pour

The taps are foaming. The keg just kicked.

  • Press and hold the glass to angle to angle it. Release to straighten up near the top for the perfect head.
  • Foaming taps, kicked kegs, an empty CO2 tank, a cooler door somebody left open.
  • Seven story shifts, Monday to Sunday, then Saturday Night endless mode.
Drawer 04

Music tools

Practice gear for people who play.

Practice room for bass · Windows

Woodshed

That bass line goes by too fast. So slow it down.

  • Slow down to 25% without changing pitch, or change key without changing speed.
  • Split any song into bass, drums, vocals and the rest. Hear the bass, or mute it and play along.
  • Draft tab and a fretboard that follow playback, with chords, key and tempo. Click a note to fix it.
Drawer 05

Creator tools

Record, stream and look good doing it.

No. 05 Creator tools

Recording & streaming studio · Windows

Tallylight

Hit record. Look great.

  • Scenes as live thumbnails. Click one to cut, fade, slide or zoom to it, even while recording.
  • Drag, resize and snap right on the picture. Circle cameras, borders, shadows, crop and green screen.
  • Your microphone and the computer's sound work out of the box, with noise removal and voice polish.

Section C

House rules

1

Real trades, done right.

Neon gets bent in the order a bender would bend it. Kegs kick, CO2 runs out, cooler doors get left open. If a job has a trick to it, the game is about that trick.

2

No account. Works offline.

Our games don't ask you to sign in and they run in airplane mode. Woodshed never uploads your music; it all stays on your computer.

3

Ads stay out of the way.

Never in the middle of play. Rewarded ads are your call, and one small purchase turns ads off for good.

4

Testers before launch.

Nothing ships until people outside the shop have played it, broken it, and told us. You can be one of them.
